At Hive Behavioral Services, we believe that everyone deserves a space where they can learn, play, and thrive. Our mission is to provide inclusive, engaging, and sensory-friendly support for neurodiverse children and teens through play-based therapy, event support, sports and recreation inclusion, and professional consultations.
We offer play-based therapy designed to help children develop essential skills through movement, interactive activities, and sensory integration. We also partner with organizations, schools, and businesses to create sensory-friendly spaces at events, ensuring every child has a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, we work with coaches and recreational programs to promote inclusive sports and activities, helping neurodiverse children and teens participate with confidence.
Through our consultation services, we support families, educators, and organizations in implementing strategies that foster communication, social engagement, and emotional regulation. Our approach prioritizes fun, function, and inclusivity, ensuring that every child receives the support they need to reach their full potential.
The Busy Beehaviorist
As a parent, business owner, and dedicated behavior analyst with nearly a decade of experience, my life is anything but slow! I have spent most of my career specializing in early intervention for children on the spectrum, though my experience spans various ages, populations, and settings. Beyond behavior analysis, I am passionate about health and wellness—not just for children and fellow behavior therapists, but for parents as well. I have also been committed to empowering Black professionals in the field of ABA, serving on the Black Applied Behavior Analysis (BABA) organization for six years—first as Scholarships Chair and then as Secretary. When I’m not working, you’ll find me coaching track and field, enjoying time with my family and fur babies, exploring the outdoors, or diving into anything fun. So yup, I'm always busy doing something!
